Christiana Care Pulmonary Associates is pleased to offer our patients a secure and HIPAA compliant way to communicate with us more quickly, easily, and on your schedule.  This portal will allow you to electronically and confidentially request appointments as well as view all scheduled and previous appointments and request refills on your active prescriptions.  You may review your personal and insurance information and notify us with any changes.  New patients may complete our registration and history forms using a secure login and password.   

To take advantage of these new features, you need to log on to our portal and activate your user account.  If you have not provided us with your email address, you will need to do so to have us create your account.  Once the email is provided and account is created, you can log in to the portal by clicking ----> HERE.
